Bedtime is most certainly an important time of the day for any beauty conscious person. It is that time of the day where all those 'miracle' lotions and potions are slapped onto our faces in hope of a miracle result by the morning. However, bedtime is not only important in relation to your beauty routine it is important to unwind and relax from the stress of the day.
There is nothing better than a delicious scented candle and a frothy warm drink to end the day.
I personally also enjoy to read a good novel or as you may have guessed do a bit of blogging to kick back and relax. Why don't you try some of these relaxing methods and provide feedback as to whether you would consider them useful?
